Smitty is an Enforcer Sergeant who works in the Evidence Locker at Enforcer Headquarters cataloging crime scene evidence. He listen to the radio while on the job, which may have unintentionally helped conceal the noise made by Creeplings who broke into the locker and stole the remains of the Metallikats. Sergeant Smitty (voiced by Townsend Coleman) was an Enforcer officer in charge of the evidence room at Enforcer Headquarters.
